Touch Rugby is back for Summer 2008. It's 3rd season.
Touch rugby is being played once again at the Tudor Lodge. Building on the success of the previous 2 years NMRUFC in association with in2touch is staging a third season of this growing form of rugby.
Originally played in the southern hemisphere this none contact rugby is great for over-all fitness and stamina. This year's league begins on Thursday May 22nd 2008 and runs for 8 weeks.
Teams must be comprised of both male and female participants. The games are six-a-side with at least 2 females on the pitch for a team at any time. Unlimited substitutions can be made during the game.
